May Scholarships for College Students 2023

May scholarships for minority students in 2023

Minority students refer to those students who do not belong to the majority racial or ethnic group in the U.S. It includes, Black/African American, Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Hispanic, Pacific Islander, as well as Native American. According to the College Board, the average cost of tuition and fees for a four-year public college was $10,440 in 2018–19 while private not-for-profit colleges charged an average of $36,880 per year. The most affordable schools are St Petersburg College in Florida with an annual tuition of $1,744; Montana State University-Northern with an annual tuition of $3,445, and Arkansas’ South Arkansas Community College with a cost of $3,588.
