March Scholarships

The Youthlinc Young Humanitarian Award, ranging from $1,500 to $7,500, is awarded to five high school students and five college students pursuing undergraduate degree programs in Utah.

The Clair Hill Scholarship is given to undergraduates pursuing a degree in any field of water resources. These include engineering, urban water supply, environmental studies, and more.

Students from one of the five boroughs of New York City are awarded up to $5,000, depending on their financial needs, to attend any institution in the United States.

The Miller Johnson Diversity Law Scholarship awards one $5,000 scholarship to a student of color who has been accepted to or is enrolled at an accredited law school within the U.S.

The MTI Scholarship offers up to $5,000 to minority students in higher education institutions in Illinois who are studying to become teachers. Eligible students must have a 2.50 GPA.

The Rocky Mountain Mining Institute (RMMI) offers this scholarship to undergraduate students of engineering or geology majors pursuing a degree at a college or university to enter the mining industry.

Maryland Graduate and Professional School Scholarship Program

The Maryland Graduate and Professional Scholarship Program presents to residents of Maryland pursuing graduate and professional degrees in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, veterinary medicine, nursing, law, or social work.

The scholarship, administered by Warner Norcross & Judd and Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF), is offered to one paralegal and one legal secretarial student in Michigan.

The Community Giving Foundation grants the Evelyn Lenander Education Scholarship, ranging from $1,000 to $4,500 to college students in Minnesota enrolled in elementary education programs.

Utah Tech University awards newly enrolled freshmen the UT Utah Merit Academic Scholarship worth up to $4,000 to complete their undergraduate study of choice if admitted before March 1.

Near Completer Grant

The Near Completer Grant is an award to students who were previously enrolled in associate or bachelor's degree programs but did not finish them and intend to re-enroll.

The American Welding Society offers this scholarship to one undergraduate student enrolled in a welding engineering program or welding engineering technology at an accredited university or college in the U.S.

The Idaho Opportunity Scholarship program offers $3,500 in scholarships to 500 high school and undergraduate students. The award is renewable for up to four years.

The Idaho Board of Education offers the Idaho Governor's Cup Scholarship of $3,000 to Idaho high school seniors to pursue undergraduate studies at Idaho colleges or universities.

Female Wyoming residents who are of Native North American descent and have shown dedication to the pursuit of higher education are encouraged to apply for the scholarship program.

The Illinois Retired Teachers Association (IRTA) Foundation Scholarship awards from $1,500 to $3,000 to deserving undergraduate students pursuing studies in education and becoming educators in Illinois.

Howard P. Rawlings Educational Assistance Grant

The Howard P. Rawlings EA Grant is offered to high school seniors or degree-seeking undergraduates in Maryland to fund their studies at any post-secondary institution in Maryland.

George White Memorial Scholarship

The Iowa Automobile Dealers Foundation for Education offers the George White Memorial Scholarship to qualified students in Iowa to advance their education and pursue careers in the automotive industry.

The $2,500 John Deere Scholarship is given to one Midwest US student and one diverse Midwest U.S. student enrolled in a welding engineering or weld engineering technology program annually.

The American Welding (AWS) Foundation offers the Matsuo Bridge Company Ltd. of Japan Scholarship to a student enrolled in a welding engineering-related discipline at an accredited high institution nationwide.
