The Iowa Automobile Dealers Foundation for Education encourages employment opportunities in the state of Iowa’s motor vehicle sales and service sectors. Therefore, it created the George White Memorial Scholarship to help students advance their education and career in the automotive industry.

Iowa students, who meet the requirements, can receive scholarships through the George White Memorial Scholarship program. The scholarship program awards grants to qualified undergraduate or graduate students enrolling in any state-run career and technical education program or higher education institution in the state.

If a student exhibits academic excellence or a strong dedication to the car industry, they may qualify for an award. Members of Iowa state may be eligible for up to $2,500 in scholarship help each year under this merit- and need-based program. Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or above to be eligible.
