Scholarships for Alaskan Native Students

The AIS Scholarship Program offers $500-$2000 in scholarships to 1,000 students.

The Oracle Corporation, with the UNCF, offers 25 scholarships valued at $10,000 for undergraduate studies across the United States. Only African American, Hispanic, and Native American students are eligible.

In partnership with the American Water Works Association, Jacobs Holly A. Cornell Scholarship offers $10,000 to a minority postgraduate student interested in waterworks.

Every year, Arcadis awards a $5,000 scholarship to a student from an underrepresented racial and ethnic minority group who is pursuing a graduate degree in STEM fields.

The MTI Scholarship offers up to $5,000 to minority students in higher education institutions in Illinois who are studying to become teachers. Eligible students must have a 2.50 GPA.

Every year, the Archie Motley Memorial Scholarship for Minority Students grants two undergraduate students scholarships to the tune of $750 each to study archival administration at the graduate level.

The scholarship awards $2,000 to a graduating high school student to pursue undergraduate study in engineering, computer science, accounting, finance, or business administration at universities in North or South Carolina.

The Intertribal Timber Council offers the Truman D. Picard Scholarship Program of $2,500 to 12 high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate students pursuing a degree in natural resources-related fields.

The Chairish Design Your Future Scholarship is awarded to students from underrepresented minority groups and of all educational levels enrolled in accredited post-secondary institutions to further their education.

Chevron awards a $7,500 scholarship to meritorious students in engineering and computer science from African American, Native North American, Alaska Tribe, Pacific Islander, or Hispanic backgrounds.

The Minnesota Office of Higher Education annually offers the Minnesota Indian Scholarships, ranging from $4,000 to $6,000, to Native American undergraduate and graduate students to further their education.

Each year, the American Association of Colleges Of Osteopathic Medicine awards a financial scholarship of $5,000 to five osteopathic medical students who belong to an underrepresented minority.

The California Library Association offers $2,500 to three California minority graduate students pursuing a graduate degree program in library and information science at one of the ALA-accredited universities.

The Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship awards $30,000 scholarships to students with financial need from minority backgrounds.

Students at HBCUs can apply for up to $5,000 in awards each academic year to pursue programs related to environmental science, clean energy, and climate policy at EESI-accredited institutions.

As part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s mission, the EPP/MSI Undergraduate Scholarship provides funds of $45,000 to rising junior undergraduate students for their final two years.
