Healthcare Scholarships

The MGMA Western Section Scholarship provides one award to an undergraduate or a graduate student to pursue a program relevant to medical practice management in an accredited college or university.

The Kansas Board of Regents offers Kansas Osteopathic Medical Service Scholarship of $25,000 to graduate students pursuing postgraduate studies in osteopathic medicine.

The National AMBUCS Inc issues the scholarship to graduate students pursuing degrees in accredited therapy programs in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and hearing audiology.

The scholarship program, administered by the Rural Illinois Medical Student Assistance Program, awards $4,000 to registered nurses seeking to become nurse practitioners. Applications are only open to Illinois residents.

NURSE Corps Scholarship Program

The scholarship offers nursing school tuition, a monthly stipend, and payment to cover expenses for books, clinical supplies, and instruments.

The Rhode Island Foundation offers the Albert E. and Florence W. Newton Nursing Scholarship to one eligible nursing student from Rhode Island to pursue his/her undergraduate degree.

The Rhode Island Foundation offers the Edward J. and Virginia M. Routhier Nursing Scholarship to Licensed RNs students in Rhode Island seeking a baccalaureate degree or graduate nursing degree.

The Rhode Island Foundation offers the John J. O'Connor Jr. Memorial Nursing Scholarship Fund to financially support college students pursuing a CNA, associate's, or bachelor's nursing degree in Rhode Island.

The Willard and Marjorie Scheibe Nursing Scholarship grants from $500 to $5,000 to one individual pursuing LPN, RN, or advanced nursing degree. Applicants must be residents of Rhode Island.

The Cory Richards Scholarship provides financial assistance to full- or part-time graduate students pursuing advanced degrees in public health or public policy relating to sexual and reproductive health and rights.

The Poise Foundation offers the Evelyn Paige Parker Scholarship to students enrolled in nursing schools in the U.S. Applicants must have completed at least one year at a nursing school.

Every year, BASU Aesthetics + Plastic Surgery grants a $1,500 scholarship to a Texan who is at least 30 years old and pursuing a graduate degree in the medical field.

Annually, college students in the United States apply for the For A Bright Future Global Scholarship to complete their degree programs. The scholarship is renewable.

The University of Arizona awards The University of Arizona Primary Care Scholarship Program of $36,000 to cover tuition costs for approximately 100 students to address the urgent need for physicians.

The National Dairy Promotion and Research Board offers t$2,500 to 11 students in their sophomore, junior, or senior years to complete their degree programs and pursue a career in dairy.

The Oncology Practice Alliance Scholarship is awarded to 11 graduate and undergraduate students who are pursuing majors in oncology or hematology and are residing in either West Virginia or Ohio.

Santa Fe Civitan awards two undergraduate or graduate students, passionate to help children with special needs, the $2,000 Ab Irvine Scholarship Program each to pursue their undergraduate or graduate studies.

The Central Infusion Alliance (CIA), based in Illinois, offers the CIA Medical Scholarship ranging between $250 and $1,000 to ten students each pursuing post-secondary education annually.

Ochsner Nursing Scholarships

The Ochsner Nursing Scholarship is offered to a number of undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in accredited or licensed nursing programs in Louisiana and Mississippi.

The Delaware Department of Education offers $5,000 to at least nine Delaware residents pursuing an undergraduate degree for a career in a high-need field.
