The American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Foundation seeks to support the growth of Amateur Radio through its numerous scholarship programs. The foundation established this scholarship in honor of Tom and Judith Comstock, two radio pioneers.
The $2,000- scholarship is awarded to one recipient a year. To be eligible to apply, interested individuals should have an active Amateur Radio License Class, and be pursuing or about to be pursuing a college degree. The scholarship is open to high school seniors and undergraduates.
Applicants should be residents of Texas or Oklahoma pursuing a four-year college or two-year college program. They must provide their grade transcripts, recommendation letters, and résumés.
