To prove that you require financial aid in your situation, complete and submit a FAFSA form. Also, add the statement of grants/scholarships you will receive from the college, an award letter from your college, and relevant federal tax returns.

Governor Robert D. Blue created both the scholarship fund and the foundation in 1945 during the celebration to commemorate the 100 anniversary of Iowa's acceptance into the union.
