The New England Water Works Association established the Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students. The scholarship is open to any student as long as they reside or study in New England.

Every year, the NEWWA Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship committee awards up to $2,000 to students whose programs of study are closely related to the water works industry. The scholarship program also supports students interested in the water works profession.

The NEWWA Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship Program encourages students to have experiences related to promoting safe drinking water. The scholarship program supports students pursuing academic degrees, drinking water licenses, and continuing education.
