The scholarship fund was created in 2001 by the Fairmont Industrial Credit Corporation (FICC), to honor the memory of the late Lillian A. Revision, a long-time employee of the FICC.

Winners will be selected by three-member board

The scholarship chairman will name a grant committee composed of three members of the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation to review the applications.

The scholarship is non-renewable

The scholarship is non-renewable; interested applicants must reapply during the next scholarship cycle if they wish to be considered again.
