The scholarship offers awards of $1,550 to 43 minority students, defined as Black or African American, Latino or Hispanic, Native American or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, Asian American or multi-ethnic.

The KyCPA College Scholarship is a scholarship dedicated to supporting Kentucky minority students in pursuit of their Certified Public Accountant licensure.

The scholarships are awarded through the Kentucky Society of CPAs Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Enroll at a Kentucky college or university

Be currently enrolled in or graduated within one year from the date of application from a Kentucky college/university or a Kentucky resident attending a border state institution.

Applications will be judged based on the intellectual prowess of the applicant as attested to by grade transcript and also the quality of the written essay.
