Helene M. Overly Memorial Graduate Scholarships is one of many scholarships offered by the WTS Foundation. Established in 1981, it honors the first Executive Secretary of WTS Helene M. Overly for her dedicated service to the foundation.
The WTS Foundation is an international organization dedicated to shaping the future of transportation for the good of the public, allowing women to connect and advance their careers to strengthen the transportation industry. It currently has over 8,000 members
The $10,000- scholarship is offered to women in any transportation-related field such as logistics, engineering, or planning. Applicants are to be enrolled in a graduate degree program.
