A long-standing objective of the Greater Boston PFLAG Scholarship program is to help people who have dedicated their time and energy to make a positive impact in their local community achieve their dreams by making higher education more affordable.

The annual scholarship program of $5,000 has been awarded since 2021, in conjunction with the parents of Thomas V. Earle, in honor of their son’s heroism and leadership in advocating LGBTQ+ inclusiveness.
