Academic achievements, financial necessity, leadership characteristics, relationship to the Realtor family, and contributions to family, school, and community are among the qualifications for awardees. The foundation’s board of directors has complete discretion in determining whether or not an applicant qualifies.

Senior high school students across Florida who plan to attend an undergraduate college or university, undergraduate students currently enrolled in a college or institution, and graduate students pursuing advanced degrees are eligible for the scholarship.

Also, this award requires three reference letters, two of which must be on school letterhead and written by instructors or administrators at your school. Applicants have two options for attaching reference letters: uploading them or sending an email from the program to the recommender asking them to upload the letter.

Chance of winning two scholarships in a year

Each candidate is eligible for one scholarship award each 12-month period, but with an option of receiving a maximum of two awards per applicant. Even if they were a scholarship recipient the previous year, all students must reapply every year.
