During Spring Break in Daytona Beach, the average cost of a 2-star accommodation can soar to 42% higher than the rates in the low season.

Change prices in Orlando

In Orlando, the average cost of 3-star accommodation during peak season can soar up to 47% higher than the rates in low season, making it the city with the most significant seasonal variation among those compared.

In Fort Lauderdale, the biggest change for spring break is in 4-star accommodation, with an increase of 42.5%.

Methodology

Scholaroo’s data team gathered information from publicly available data that displays the cost of accommodation (2, 3, and 4-star hotels) in Orlando, Daytona Beach, and Fort Lauderdale from March 6th to 14th and September 6th to 14th. This was done in order to compare and discover changes in prices throughout the year.
