The Montana Section One AWWA Operator’s Scholarship is for water operator training and education in Montana state. Sponsored by The Water Equation Campaign and the Montana Section AWWA, the scholarship on offer is for those currently working as water operators and intend on pursuing an operator’s license or certification, two- or four-year degree related to the water operator profession, or professional development.
The scholarship award ranges between $500 and $1,000 granted on the following basis: either $1,000 for a working professional or $500 granted to two professionals depending on applications and the committee’s decision.
