How to ace the Greenfield Peace Scholarship

1

Feel free to express yourself

One of the things you should keep in mind is that the most important criterion for being a good candidate is that you demonstrate your individual thoughts in the video you submit. Be honest with your opinions and think of the most creative ways to express them.

2

Check the suggested questions

In addition to proposing a specific question that students must answer, the scholarship organization suggests additional questions that can help you generate ideas. Be sure to check them out and see if they inspire you.

3

Demonstrate your financial need

One of the requirements to be eligible to receive the scholarship is to show financial need. Therefore, you must choose one of the options provided in the application form, or explicitly state why you identify yourself as low-income.

4

Don’t exceed the time limit

Please note that the time set for the videos is three minutes. If you exceed it, it is likely that your participation will not be taken into account. So, calculate the length of your poem or song ahead of time and adjust it to the specifications.

How the Greenfield Peace Scholarship is Judged

The applications will be judged according to two criteria: the originality of the artistic product and its lyrical content in relation to the question suggested by the scholarship organization. Financial status will be taken into account as well.
